SUMMARY
Over the past 5 years I have gained extensive experience in managing and operating IT outsourced services. I developed a sharp capability to switch low performance to high end delivery acting on all service facets (finance, people, delivery frame work, customer relationship, supplier, governance).
In my current role I am leading EMEA South Global Service Desk including France Italy, Spain Portugal and North Africa.
One of my near term goals is to continue building high performance culture as standard for Delivery Cost and Performance; and build and expand best practices.
My longer term career goals motivate me to pursue roles that offer opportunities to drive alignment of business strategy, execution models and investments. I am a highly motivated and energetic leader who is adept in delivering organizational changes and measurable business benefits.
