En résumé

My newest challenge is to share with others, companies and individuals alike, the expertise I have developed throughout a thriving experience in two major sectors FMCG and pharmaceuticals (Unilever and Merck Sharpe and Dohme).
My new career as a life coach and trainer/consultant is all about helping others (companies and individuals) find their way be it professionally through training, consultancy missions or personally through coaching for professionals and the general public.
In 12 years work in two of the biggest companies in their respective markets, I have learned to work in a very competitive environment, surviving two mergers (unilever/knorr bestfoods; Merck/Schering Plough).
Managing great leading brands, achieving stretching results and coaching great sales teams in Morocco as well as other Maghreb and African countries, were awesome learning experiences.
On top of my passion for business development, I have always taken great interest in people, hence my certification in NLP at first and then in coaching. These trainings helped me deal with teams and colleagues to ease relationships in a professional environment where collided two different company cultures. It was such a life changing experience that I felt the need to share it with others.
