Diplômée d'une Grande Ecole de commerce en France, Audencia Nantes, j'ai rejoint le groupe Procter & Gamble à Casablanca en 2008 tant que responsable Ressources Humaines après plusieurs stages en marketing.

La fonction RH n'est plus une simple fonction support mais un véritable partenaire du business. Aujourd'hui, la tendance est au marketing RH qui accompagne des générations de plus en plus exposées aux médias, technologies et réseaux sociaux... Les entreprises sont aujourd'hui en quête de solutions innovantes pour attirer, former et retenir les meilleurs talents dans un environnement très compétitif et demandeur de résultats très rapidement.

C'est ce qui justifie mon orientation naturelle vers les métiers des Ressources Humaines...
