Engineer in Mechanics, and Project Manager with PMP Certification (Project Manager Professional) from the Project Management Institute- USA. I have insured several positions in big companies, mostly in Production Management and Project Management.
My ten years experience has been in the Automotive and Aerospace Industries. Working in this two extremely technical and highly standardized fields has helped me to improve my knowledge and skills in both technical and Management areas. The switch from the Low to the High Volume Production Management was such a big challenge as well as a great learning opportunity.
My initial training as an officer in the Royal Air Forces had helped me to have several soft skills like: Punctuality, Discipline and Leadership. Thanks to this background, I have succeeded in all the positions I was assigned in, from managing important Projects to leading large scale multidisciplinary teams in stressful and difficult working conditions.
Currently, I am a Production Manager in Renault Nissan- tangier, in charge of a 200 people team, working in 2 shits, with a cycle time of 2 minutes. I had managed, meanly, a new car Production start project, in my area of responsibility. I have gained a holistic and complete view of a typical Production System, through all its components (HR, Process, Equipment, standardization, Materials).

    § Projects : Start of Production (New Passat, Audi Q7, Audi TT3, Skoda, Caddy). Transferts (Seat Ibiza, Seat Altea, Tiguan, Touran)
    § Achievments: Productivity Improvment from de 350 Op/10Millions Euros, to 220 Op/10M. QRQC Implementation. 5S Implementation. Validated in 3 months instead of 6 expected.

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2012 - 2013 § Mission : Production Management of Renault Car, based on standard APW (Alliance Production Way). Cycle Time : 2 min. Volume : 400 Car/ Day
    § Projects : Démarrage de la Production des nouvelles Sandero et Stepway (DG et DD).
    § Achievments: Improvment of Quality in Project phases from 70 defects (V1, V2) to 0 défaut (V1, V2). Passing different Project Milstones (with requested QCD).
  • Aircraft PDM center- Kenitra Air Base - Production/ Project Manager

    2006 - 2011 § Missions : Production Management in a Matrix Structure. Multidisciplinary Teams : Hydraulics, Structure, Radio-Navigation, Electricity, Equipement and Cabine Safety.
    § Projects : Overhauel of Military Transport Aircrafts (2 years, 1 Million Dollars Budget Projects. Cargo Handling System Upgrade for 5 Aircrafts. Aircraft Avionics Upgrade. Installation of Upgraded External Fuel tanks for 4 Aircfats
    § Achievments: Redaction of Quality Manueal and MOE for Aircraft PDM Center. Participation in the the Redaction of IHST (Air forces Hygiene and Safety Manual). Overhaul Duration Reduction frem 18 to 12 months. 5S Implementation. Reengineering of Operational Processes in Aircraft PDM Center. 2 promotions during this Period .
  • Aircraft LM Center- Kenitra Air Base - Maintenance Manager

    2004 - 2006 •§ Mission : Management of a team of 10 specialized technicians. Ensure the Maintenance and Operational Readiness (4 types of Aircfats). Ensure the Operational Reactivity of the Team. Plan and control of first and second maintenace level interventions. Manage Military Detachment in Operational Zone.
    § Achievments : Repair of a crashed Aircraft. Adaptation of an Aircraft Test Board to an other type of Aircraft.
