    Issy-les-Moulineaux. 2010 - maintenant --- Since mid-2011 --- Dedicated Consultant for Shared Services Canada, Microsoft advisor for Government Departments (mostly Government Operations and National Security portfolios), Microsoft advisor for the E-mail Transformation Initiative (ETI) team on the Government's side (45 departments, 550,000 mailboxes in total to host in a central environment).

    Issy-les-Moulineaux. 2003 - 2006 Consulting and on-site Support mission for Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange Server technologies. An average of 130 missions realized accross Europe (20+ countries visited). The missions were either proactive missions (such as IT audit, optimizations, migrations), reactive (critical issues on IT infrastructures that prevents the companies to work efficiently) and customer trainings.
    - ExRap Mentor (helping the US in designing the first Exchange Risk Assessment Program)
    - Very first Premier Field Engineer in overall Southern Europe based in Microsoft France
