    Montbonnot-Saint-Martin 2015 - maintenant I have joined the newly hired SVP of Business Development to sustain the business development strategy of the TECHNIDATA group focusing on the growth of our turnover, identifying new opportunities and actively animating and monitoring our EMEA distribution network, Alliances and OEM Partnerships.

  • Technidata - Marketing Manager

    Montbonnot-Saint-Martin 2010 - 2015 I was recruited to work on the value proposition of the TECHNIDATA solutions at the corporate level providing vision, content with key messages through a worldwide plan to support the sales organizations.
    • Developed a sales pitch and the associated sales tools for the complete portfolio emphasizing our value proposition working closely with the product managers’ team. Outlined the competitive advantages. Supervised the salesforce enablement process.
    • Conducted a complete new conception of the outdated price lists offering more modularity, new nomenclature for business analytics and consistency across the regions. Strong collaboration with the subsidiaries and the regional headquarters.
    • Created, planned and executed a product roadmap marketing plan to promote products launches or the major releases announcements.
    • Designed, built, launched and supervised the TECHNIDATA Certification Program for both subsidiaries and partners. 85 FSE certified.
  • VMware - Channel Marketing Manager EMEA South

    GRENOBLE 2005 - 2009 I was hired to manage and lead the EMEA South channel marketing activities to maximize revenue growth for VMware and the Business Partner community, to increase partners’ loyalty and engagement.
    • Supervised and coordinate plans and budgets for a strong network of 1000 + partners (distributors, resellers, OEMs (IBM, Bull, DELL, HP, Fujitsu, …, Strategic alliances (EMC, NetApp, Cisco, Intel,…) and systems integrators (Cap, Atos, Orange, …).
    • Owned and managed the indirect channel funds budget (10 M€ /year).
    • Identified and launched, as a pilot project for EMEA, the first preferred outsourced channel marketing agency for the region.
    • Aligned key initiatives with the corporate strategic goals and develop momentum on new technologies.
  • EMC - Marketing Manager EMEA South

    Bezons 2003 - 2005 I led and executed the Marketing strategy and plan in strong coordination with the Regional sales director for both direct and indirect sales. One of the major objective was to promote the storage software within the EMC Hardware portfolio and generate synergies to increase the revenues. Managed a team of 3 people and 3 press agencies.
  • LEGATO Software - Marketing Manager EMEA South and Benelux

    1999 - 2003 I was recruited to build this new position within the company to support both the direct and indirect sales in the different countries, generate brand awareness, sales opportunities and support new partners recruitment. Managed 2 marketers and 4 press agencies. Reporting directly to the WW marketing director in the San Francisco, I was strongly involved and contributed to the corporate programs.
  • LEGATO Software - Channel Sales Representative EMEA South

    1997 - 1999 I managed 60 resellers in the assigned territory by increasing their commitment to sell LEGATO software solution. Increased the revenue from partners and market share providing partners LEGATO business opportunities and facilitating joint selling between channel partners and direct sales team. Identified and developed joint ‘go-to-market’ strategies. Supervised transactions contracts, business practices and deal booking issues.
    Awarded to overachieved 120% of my objectives.
