I have acquired many skills throughout my 10 years experience working in the digital industry.
In fact, I started my career as a web developer, which quickly led me to the head of the production team on the Garnier L'Oréal International account.

My role was to train, support and supervise a team of production; but also to analyze needs and follow the operational side on the projects. My interest in new technologies, communications and advertising led me to managing digital projects for L'Oréal Professionnel France. Since then my responsibilities have evolved - I served as digital project director, responsible for the whole account production whilst managing a team of 7 project managers, most of them junior.

Motivated by teamwork and a passion for creativity, I joined BETC Euro RSCG as digital project director to oversee the Peugeot International account. Wanting to provide a boost to my career, I recently joined a digital production agency in Amsterdam; allowing me the opportunity to explore new ways of working whilst also improving my English.

Throughout my career, my missions were:

Production management of projects for large customer accounts (TOP 1 and TOP 2 agency)
- Compliance with project budgets (up to € 400,000)
- Timely completion of projects (up to 1 year)

• Management
Implementation and coordination of project teams from 2 to 8 people for large customer accounts to respond quickly to their needs (deploying clients in over 30 countries)
