The projects are mostly industrial ones, and the Clients are mostly from European countries.
Within Proma Estate, my task is to manage the projects from their feasibility study until State Expertise.
This includes:
- the elaboration of the project stategy, risk-analysis
- the coordination with designers, General Contractor and sub-contractors, Technical Client, etc.
- the procurement process (contractors evaluation, tender calls, contract redaction, etc)
- the budget follow-up (cost control, cash-out, etc)
- the quality control of both works on site and administrative works
- the schedule preparation and follow-up
- the support to the Client for the permits and authorizations requested in Russia (for expertise mainly)
- the value engineering to optimise both costs and design
