En résumé

Après la fin de mes études en Allemagne et en France (2012), j'ai commencé un Management Trainee Programme "Make/Production" dans l'usine de British American Tobacco à Bayreuth.

Ce programme m'a permis de comprendre les points de vue différents sur les défis de la production des différents départements dans l'usine et également d'autres départements dans notre operational headquarter (UK) et notre usine polonaise où j'ai travaillé pendant 2x 3 mois.

Depuis Octobre 2014 je suis chef d'équipe (48 hommes) dans l'usine de Bayreuth, Allemagne, dans le "Primary Manufacturing Department" qui est responsable de la préparation et coupe du tabac.

Je suis très intéressée de contacts et postes dans le secteur des FMCG, spécialement dans les domaines production et transport (et similaire) dans tous pays francophones, anglophones ( & germanophones) au monde entier.

Egalement je suis passionnée de l'hôtellerie et de la botanique depuis que je suis jeune.

The Management Trainee Programme aims to make me ready to take over a management position in the production area, including, scheduling, new product introduction, Master Data Management - or of course directly as team leader of a production team (and similar)

    Different assignments abroad (Factory in Augustów (PL) and in the Operations Head Quarter in Southampton (GB)) will give me further insights in diffent parts of the company and different departments, their inter-connection and their tasks.

    2009 - 2009 Internship of 6 months in the logistics department of PAYBACK. During my internship the launch of the PAYBACK card in Poland was prepared and executed.

    Biggest projects: Organisation of a big logistics test from the storage in Germany to all big and small cities in Poland, analyse of the results & improvement prior to the launch.
