Produit les plans etspécifications détaillés du projet.
Précise la nature et la qualité des matériaux nécessaires.
Prépare les documents d'appels d'offres et des présentations, les dossiers contractuels à présenter aux organismes chargés de l’urbanisme et du contrôle des constructions .
Contrôle l’avancement du projet.
Assure les visites régulières sur le chantier pour vérifier les progrès, et que le projet avance dans les délais et le budget.
Solutionne les problèmes et les questions qui se posent lors de la construction; veillant à ce que l'impact environnemental du projet soit maîtrisé
Autant qu'architecte d'intérieur et de conception spatiale est impliqué dans la conception ou la rénovation des espaces intérieurs, y compris les modifications structurelles, le mobilier, les luminaires et les accessoires, l'éclairage et les palettes de couleurs.
L’architecte d'intérieur et de conception spatiale planifie et organise la conception des intérieurs.
Espaces de bureaux , des locaux industriels, des espaces de loisirs, hôtels, halls de cinéma, des complexes de vacances;
Propriétés résidentiels, individuelles
Bâtiments publics, musées
Réalise les études de budget
Réalisation d'études de faisabilité
Conseil ses clients en fournissant des échantillons
Supervise le projet depuis le début jusqu'à la fin.

including studding all related drawings and documents, rising RFIs for any conflicts.
2. Monitoring of the preparation and issuance of arch. Shop drawings, technical notes, method of statement, as
required standards, codes, and specs.
3. Coordination follow-up.
4. Planning development follow-up.
5. Procurement follow-up.
6. Submitting weekly status of shop drawings and construction.
7. Following up external subcontractor for finishing works (contractual, supervision, progress, invoices...).
8. Following up site problems and providing technical assistance.
9. Holding meetings with site for constructability issues.
