    Main Missions :
    - Support the Roll-out of native RCS and Communication services over LTE in mature market countries
    - Support to Libon Delivery team
    - RCS APIs build and deployment
    - Contribution to strategic trends in the domain by feeding Personal Communication Services Evolution research and anticipation projects and preparing with countries the future service releases to deliver (RCS-LTE convergence, APIs, fix-mobile convergence, GSMA specifications,...)

  • Orange Labs Product & Services - Head of CCS Project Management Team

    2010 - 2014 - Lead Project Management Team in charge of managing Research, Anticipation and Delivery projects mainly focused on interpersonal communication services such as Rich Communication Services (RCS), Social Network group calls and Video conference services
    - For CCS department, manage project annual programming and updates and ensure production follow-up by managing weekly project reporting and project follow-up meetings
    - Manage CCS department Project Management community by supporting Project Managers on new processes and associated tools and animating the community to share knowledge and best practices
    - Contribute to strategic plan and activities of CCS department
