    I have lead the successful implementation of SAP core model for Shiseido in Europe and built the central pan European SAP support center from scratch.
    As Leader of this Regional Competency Center, my main areas of responsibility are:
    * Provide stable SAP, BI and EDI operations => act as a key business partner to serve our customers
    * Control implementation of projects and evolution requests => deliver in time and in budget
    * Align SAP practice strategy with business strategy => help our business defend and grow market shares with innovation and proactivity
    * Manage the P&L for the SAP practice => reduce costs and optimize investments
    * Lead the SAP team => make sure human resources remain part of our best assets
    * Identify non core competencies and externalize them => concentrate internal resources on strategic competencies
    * Control and assess external partners => develop win/win partnerships but protect Shiseido’s interests
    * Coordinate with auditors => ensure J-SOX compliance and global IT risk control
    * Support European affiliates and report to Shiseido Head Quarters in Japan => act as business advocate but enforce Group strategy to sustain global leadership
