    Portfolio of around 20 clients. CA of 150 k€ / month in average.
    On main contracts, managing 4 supervisors, 2 HSE, 3QA/QC and up to 80 workers and foremen.
    Among the most valuable projects:
    • Prefabrication and erection of 5km of underground piping for a new Oil & Gas complex (TCJV – QatarGas) – up to 80 workers in workshop and at site – 400 k€ contract.
    • Prefabrication and erection of stainless steel components for a sulfur pit (TCJV – QatarGas) – 700 k€ contract
    • Coil replacement in ethylene furnace – up to 30 x 2 workers in 12h shifts – 300 k€/year.
    • Shutdown operation on a demethanizer column (QChem-RLOC) – 300k€ value - 40 x 2 workers in 12h shifts during 10 days, 6 weeks of preparation.
  • ERAMET RESEARCH - R&D Engineer

    Trappes 2007 - 2009 R & D Engineer in pyrometallurgy at Eramet Research, R & D centre of the mining and metallurgical group Eramet (4300 M€ of turnover).

    Project leader for a pilot campaign on the metallurgy of ferro-nickel in a 800kW smelter:
    6 weeks campaign, 20 technicians in 4x8h shifts, 450t of ore consumed, budget 1.4 M€.
    * Technical expertise on the design of the electric furnace, dedicated to the campaign, and peripherals (ore & power feeding, cooling, taping, etc.)
    * General contractor for part of the equipment, road work follow-up
    * Development of the test schedule, force build-up
    * Continuous follow-up of the campaign, stand-by on call for process problems, decision making, team management
    * Processing of the data, knowledge capitalization

    Thermal and metallurgical studies on ferro-nickel smelting furnaces - Missions in SLN (Société Le Nickel, Eramet Group, New Caledonia)
    * Process data analysis, creation of explanatory / predictive models.

    Modeling of the ferro-manganese refining in converter MOR.
    * Industrial measurement campaign & trials, group plants benchmarking : identification of the best practices for the refined product quality.
    * Building of a physical model for Porsgrunn plant (Norway), not encoded.

    Design basis of a pilot furnace: thermo-electric modelling of a 600kW electric furnace.
    * Programming (ANSYS) of a thermal model to estimate the freeze lining interface of a slag bath in an electric furnace.
    * Sizing of a pilot furnace: furnace geometry, materials, validation of air and water cooling, determination of the power
