  2009 - 2011 Support the European Corporate Finance Group for the whole restructuring activities: liaison with internal/external consultants, IT teams and Financial Controller Europe.

  Marne La Vallée Cedex 2 2007 - 2007 1. Participation in projects to improve the supply chain (crossdocking, multipick).
  Objectives: to improve the indicators of the Supply Chain (service rate and stock coverage).
  
  2. System auditor on SAP R/3 SD (ordering process) and SAP BW (reporting).
  Objectives: to improve the understanding of the new SAP system which was set up in June 2006.

• MAZARS - Consultant in Organization & Systems

  Paris La Défense 2007 - 2009 Consultant in a 35 people entity of Consultancy in Organization & Financial Information Systems at Mazars.
  - Setting-up of a consolidation tool for AIG Europe; assistance for the statutory and consolidated reports production; optimization & automation of their processes
  - Optimization of working methods at Mazars (new procedures, methodology, setting-up of a management tool...)
  - Several other missions including SI audit.
