En résumé

I have been working in the energy for more than 15 years, especially in project management with experiences in business economy or operations.
I decided to create ENERGIES PROJECT SERVICES, company with expertise in Energy Project Management.

From deep offshore to turn key projects through business modelling, our scope is large.
ENERGIES PROJECT SERVICES can provide expertise and follow_up of projects from feasibilities studies to start-up through contract negociation and tender phase.
This can be done in various human environment.

Our aims: keep working in the very challenging sector of the energy (or most likely energies), the utlimate aim being to develop the alternate energy low carbon footprints solutions and help the energy transition phase to occur in a smooth way.

    2010 - maintenant ENERGIES PROJECT SERVICES provides expertise and follow-up of projects, especially the complex ones and/or innovative.
    From Upstream studies to start-up of the plants, we can assist customers with Project Management and methodologies.

  • AIR LIQUIDE HYDROGEN ENERGY - Project management officer

    Paris 2009 - 2010 H2E program is a 7-years innovation program, with a 190 M€ budget, shared between 20 partners (industrials and research centers), aiming to develop the hydrogen as energy vector with challenging marketing targets.
    In charge of assisting the program director in the follow-up and the management of the program.

  • AIR LIQUIDE - Project Manager

    Paris 2007 - 2009 In charge of an air separation unit delivered in South Korea for Posco. We managed to deliver the plant 5 weeks in advance and within the very, very, very, tight budget.
    quite instructive project with quite interesting customer.

    Also in charge of the project start-up for 2 others units in Germany. Projects were stopped upon customer's decision after investment restrictions due to financial crisis.

  • TOTAL SA - Economiste

    COURBEVOIE 2006 - 2007 Economist for some asian subsidaries.
    preparation of cashflows and reserves calculations.

  • TOTAL EP ANGOLA - Chef de projet offshore

    COURBEVOIE 2004 - 2006 Project Manager for deep water project in Angola: FEED studies, tendering, 4 major contracts negociations and follow-up, detailed engineering and offshore installation, with a team of 12 engineers.
