    2015 - maintenant • Team management (2 people)
    • Implementation of tools to drive the team properly (OIL review, meeting agenda organization, weekly reporting, development of the team skills, trainings)
    • Establishment of LLCC targets in close partnership with central sourcing management team
    • LLCC Rate on KTW site (FY15/16 target 50% - YTD realized in January 2016: 52%)
    • LLCC coordinator tasks (as expressed in the below position 2014-2015)

  • ALSTOM Transport - VIE LLCC Coordinator

    2014 - 2015 * Identify Potential LLCC suppliers (Internet / network / fair trade ...) ;
    * Quick Industrial Assessment and company review with NEW LLCC Suppliers identified ;
    * Coordinate introduction, validation, panel implementation of NEW LLCC suppliers identified ;
    * Educate NEW LLCC suppliers to policy and contract requirements of ALSTOM ;
    * Keep LLCC panel's suppliers competitiveness through lean workshops (e.g. SMW workshop in our German plant : 300 K EUR saving for a total budget of 3.4M EUR ) ;
    * Provide support in all QCD activities for LLCC suppliers / manage QCD performance ;
    * LLCC Rate on KTW site (FY14/15 Target 50% - realized 44.49%)

  • Faiveley Transport - Project buyer

    Saint Denis 2013 - 2014 * Manage scope of 5 projects on QCD aspects
    (MP05/MF2000/Santiago/Budapest/PP Coradia) : 8M EUR / 750 items
    * Lead buyer commodity for motors / heat exchangers / compressors / fans (Business review with suppliers (OTD/PPM...) German and Italian suppliers mainly ;
    * Coordinate development phase till first article inspection ;
    * Develop and maintain supplier's panel according to the commodity strategy ;
    * Project review with quality, technical, project teams in order to have a full overview and to secure the mass production ;
    * Monitoring for customer service purchasing : (1M EUR / 350 items)

  • ALSTOM Transport - Commodity buyer

    2010 - 2013 * Manage scope of metallic products: 5M EUR / 650 items. (Sheet Metal Work / Alu profiles) ;
    * Lead resourcing activities for the metro project with full QCDT accountability ;
    * Participate to sourcing in low cost countries (LLCC) ;
    * Negotiation with worldwide suppliers (France, Eastern Europe, China, India) ;
    * Support solving problems issues with technical, logistic, and quality teams ;
    * Lead continues improvement workshop for MI09 project ,

  • Areva - Commodity buyer

    Paris La Defense 2007 - 2010 * Manage scope of metallic products (Machining / Sheet Metal Work) ;
    * Lead request for quotation process and orders' QCD follow up ;
    * Participate to negotiation with French suppliers ;
    * Develop reference library (1700 references)
