Technical skills:
Molecular biology : Cloning using different technics (Gateway, pcDNAd, gene extraction from mRN A, point mutation generation), RNA isolation, cDNA synthesis, qPCR using Taqman probes and SYBR green technology
Cell biology : Culturing of primary endothelial cells, transfection using Amaxa technology.
Isolation of Monoctes and Neutrophils from blood (BL2 work)
Electrical Cell Impedance Sensing (APPLIED BIOPHYSICS)
ICC using confocal microscope (ZEISS), quantification program/ 3D images (IMARIS)
Angiogenesis assays, migration assays, proliferation/viability assays.
