After working 13 years in the organization of professional and public events for different companies, I joined the head office of Alstom Transport in March 2006 as an indirect buyer to manage a transportation tender. I was promoted a few months later Indirect Sourcing & Procurement Manager, direct staffing 5 employees; budget: 85 M€/year- and assumed the additional responsibilities of Key Commodity Manager for Facility Management during 3 years.
Since September 2009, I joined Group Indirect Sourcing, as a Global Commodity manager -budget: 90M€/year. In addition to defining and developing the overall strategy for its purchasing families, he was given additional missions such as transverse management in the Facility Management category for both sectors (Power/Transport/Grid) and coaching countries in sticking to the corporate supplier panel and strategic decisions (India, Italy, Spain, Belgium…).
Since the acquisition of Alstom by General Electric company, I worked for 1 year and a half for the closing .... Since 2016, I then work for Bio-Rad (Clinical Diagnostics and Life Science ) as EMEA Head of Indirect Purchasing on following geographical area: France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Dubai, Switzerland…
