Role & Responsibilities:
_ Create and deploy a Configuration Management Department for each P3 NA branches: Canada, US and Mexico (Hire and develop local teams)
_ Drive the company vision of Configuration Management on projects and manage the company customers needs related to configuration Management for North America.
_ Deploy the International Configuration Management Training concept: P3 is providing a full set of Configuration Management training both in Europe (France, Germany, UK and Spain) and North America (US, Canada and Mexico) allowing access to a same level of expertise for transatlantic companies.
_ Harmonize and regroup P3 Canada, US and Mexican Configuration Management Services to create a North-America Center of Competence.
_ CM trainer and conference author (Configuration Management in Aeronautics, November 7th 2013, Queretaro - Mexico).
