    Levallois Perret 2009 - maintenant Directly managed a team of 5 products managers across the globe (UK, US & France) responsible for:

    o Managing the roadmaps of each product
    o Writing functional specifications according to the external and internal stakeholders needs based on Agile method
    o Internal and external communication about the release upgrades by publishing newsletters & release description powerpoints
    o Responsible of the product deployment internally by organizing trainings & writing user guides
    o Benchmark the market (competitors online platforms, potential market, SWOT analysis etc)

  • Toluna - Project Coordinator

    Levallois Perret 2007 - 2008 Recruited and Directly managed a team of 5 QA engineers based in Paris and responsible for:

    o Tests and debugging of Automatesurvey and Panel Portal softwares
    o Level one support for internal and external clients (UK, US, France, Germany, Italy)
    o Redaction of user guides in French and English
    o Software Internal deployment across all offices of the Toluna Group

  • Toluna - Statistical Project Manager

    o Management of online projects and coordination of Panel Buildings (10 projects/month)
    o Scripting of on-line questionnaires (French, English, Italian)
