    • Accountable for managing the relationship with the local IS and business organization concerning delivery of GIS services (Global Infrastructure Services).
    • Accountable for delivery of end user services at the GIS sites and business functions in scope aligned with agreed service level, local regulatory, audit and SOX requirements
    • Ensures that the GIS service is aligned with business priorities and requirements at the sites. He coordinates GIS service delivery and is responsible of proper communication of GIS services to the business
    • Responsible to coordinate and consolidate GIS budget cycle and ensures requirements are met
    • Provide feedback to GIS management on the impact and results of the GIS strategy and service at a local level at the sites in his scope
    • Ensures an efficient and continuously improving service in line with business needs and service level agreements
    • Ensure operational issues, including incident and problems are resolved and escalated if needed
    • Coordinate projects in the scope to meet GIS priorities and address specific needs and requirements into GIS
    • Review talent and skills development, develop people
    • Manage all aspects of the GIS service delivery and coordinate infrastructure resources including the internal team, external suppliers and contracts and the relationship with GIS teams

    • Implement a quality user support through one global partner
    • Move from 24 Service Desks to a single virtual one (24/7 in French and in English, 12/5 for other languages)
    • Move from 22 Access Management teams to a single virtual one
