    Puteaux 2009 - maintenant Being the customer’s point of contact for sales orders of professional products, system integration projects, and service contracts in a European region (France, Belgium and Switzerland).

    • In charge of the creation and maintenance of customer sales orders in SAP within contracted terms, ensuring that delivery schedules are actively managed, and that any change in schedule is communicated and orders go through to delivery and invoicing.
    • Sales activities covering Returns/claims, Loan and demo orders, Co-ordination of configuration products, consignment stock management, price reduction requests.
    • Management of supply requirement, arranging manual allocation. Negotiating priority with the supply chain in UK for urgent deliveries.
    • Assist in administration of leasing contracts, check leasing documentation is in line with the local procedure and deliver the documentation to the leasing company. Ensure customer signs off and confirm goods receipt in order to get payment from the leasing company.
    • For Solutions business, ensuring that project financial status is updated revenue recognition process where necessary.
