    - Customer Relationship Management:
    • In charge of presale and the commercial contracts negotiation for PPR Group, Carrefour Group and Kesa, covering all Agentrics solutions and services (e-Sourcing, and contract management, product Lifecycle Management Web solutions, Supplier performance and Demand Signal Management, Data Synchronization)

    - E-procurement Programme Management:
    •Sourcing, category management, contract management: responsible for overall operations and execution
    •Interface with Board members and executive committee to obtain budget for the development of key functionalities like Reporting, Consortium buying, Awarding)
  • Agentrics LLC ( formerly GlobalNetXchange ) - Senior Programme Director for Carrefour group, Metro group, PPR group and Sainsbury's

    2003 - 2005 - Purchasing and operations:
    • Coached customer e-procurement support team (up to 26 countries), awareness sessions for executives and operational teams, purchasing training (category and processes)
    • Coordinated the Agentrics call centre for Europe and Asia to support the customer conversion plans to the new e-sourcing solution (from Oracle to Emptoris platform)

    • European Interface for functional discussions with customers and product management team in the US - Strong implication in design, communication and prioritization
  • SourcingLink.Net, San Diego - Sourcing consultant , based at Carrefour headquarters

    2000 - 2002 SourcingLink was a web-based catalogue provider and consulting company for the retail industry; 40 employees based in San Diego and 10 consultants based in the Carrefour countries.

    - Purchasing and Support:
    • Sourcing and procurement support to buyers for building their negotiations tactics (textile, general merchandise, fresh food services, IT goods and services, plastic bags, car rental, construction, cashiers, fuel)
    • Managed Supplier training (35000 suppliers and 900 buyers trained, 8 languages, 5 resources)
    - Software management : Compiled functional requirements and business cases accross countries and retailers in Europe
  • Peacock France - Vice Managing Director after Managing Director’s dismissal (1995-1996)

    1995 - 1996 French subsidiary of German Group Peacock AG (Group of 500 employees); Integrator (OEM) and PC reseller

    - Responsible for purchasing and logistics in France
    - Set up purchasing processes for the group’s European subsidiaries
    - Managed price lists in collaboration with the Sales Director
    - Recruitment and induction of new employees
    - Managed the closure of the subsidiary together with the Financial Director after the re-purchase of the company by INGRAM Micro: closed the contracts with vendors and held exit interviews with all employees.

    1/ Supply Chain and Purchasing Management for the group in Europe

    - Negotiations with hardware and software vendors and contract management
    - Managed production plan (integration), B2B and B2C logistics
    - Managed a team of 3 buyers, 1 stock and production coordinator
    - New product launch: Communication and marketing plan, as well as and training and coaching of the sales and purchasing teams in the subsidiaries


    2/ Export: Empowered by the General Manger for implementing the Export Strategy

    - Set up of the three first subsidiaries (UK, Belgium and Germany): achieved 40% of the total turnover done outside France
