    •Functional specifications: work together with all project stakeholders (central sourcing, key users, finance shared service centre, buyers, finance and sourcing process owners) to define the business requirements and ensure the Platform consistency with internal processes for both direct and indirect purchase
    •Change management: manage user acceptance test and supervise the end users training
    •Management of the relationship with Amalto, catalogue and transactional platform manager
    •Supplier onboarding: define the onboarding process, help the buyers in the supplier selection and coordinate the catalogue set up for indirect sourcing

    Montréal 2008 - 2009 Operate the European eProcurement platform (3 internal resources managed, budget: 1 million €); coordinate actions required to bring frame agreements online in each European country and coordinate local improvement projects.

    Project manager for the improvement of the electronic catalogue tool: To facilitate the use of the frame agreements by the 1500 users, migration of our 1.2 million item data base to a new tool, with improved search functionalities and performance.

    Business process outsourcing project: identify processes to outsource such as the price file updating process and manage the knowledge transfer to external resources.

    Catalogue manager:
    -Bring updated prices and data to site users and improve catalogue offer (84 catalogues online, 1.2 millions javascript:void(0);items), manage and improve service delivered to the sites; manage outsourced activities (Quadrem – electronic market place)
    -Manage lead buyers and site procurement managers relationship; promote frame agreements development in 6 countries to bring best-negotiated prices to site users, development of punch out catalogue to address specific categories.

    Supplier on boarding project manager (kick off, coordination of sites, eProcurement, Quadrem and lead buyers actions, provide report to sites and management): increase of the total volume of electronic transaction of 10% within 1 year

    2005 - 2005 Reorganize the administrative work, following the increase of activity due to the tsunami end of 2004 (+30% in 5 months): process analysis, realization of training documents to transfer knowledge towards volunteers, management of a team of 8 to 15 volunteers.

  • Foss - Process supervisor

    2002 - 2002 Trial mission, hosted by MONTANA (Marlborough, New-Zealand)

    Test of theGrapeScan: in 7 weeks, test of 3000 must samples, realization of 20 calibrations to improve the device and weekly sending of 20 kg of grape samples to the R&D department in Denmark.
