    I’m responsible of Instrument detailed engineering.

    Main Tasks :
    Engineering
     Preparation of Specifications including data sheets for different type of Instruments & Valves.
     Package Equipment’s: Wellhead control panel, solar panels, RTU, Chemical Injection Skid & Metering Skid
     Plans & Detail Drawings Preparation (AutoCAD) including :
    - Prepare Instrument Hook-Up
    - Typical Installation Details,
    - Cable Schedule ,
    - Instrument Cable Tray Layout Drawing,
    - Instrument Location Drawings,
    - Instrument Wiring Layout Drawings
    - Interconnection drawings
    - Materials take off.(MTO) & Bill of Quantity ( BQ)
    - Loop Diagrams, Logic Diagrams and Panel Drawings.
    - Instrumentation Index ,
    - I/O lists for control system PCS, SCADA, PLC, Fire & Gas
     Instrument Material Requisition, Perform Technical Bid Evaluation and Prepare Purchase Requisition.
     Vendor Documents Check and Approval.
     Coordinate with client, vendors and other disciplines for instrument design.
     Management of Project Data base , Deliverable list & Package list
     Control of Document Issue Schedule
     Reporting to Project Management of work progress


    Construction , Commissioning and start up
     Supervisor of different instrument Works and activities such as
    - Installation of instrument junction boxes,
    - Conduits, layout/ installation of cable trays,
    - Cable pulling-primary & secondary,
    - Termination of cables, loop continuity and loop checking.
     Calibration and Test for different type of Instruments & Valves.
     Planning , coordination and scheduling of Instrument Activities
     Prepare materials, equipment’s and tools needed for the specific activities.
     Distribute manpower and monitor daily accomplishment for daily activity report.
     ICSS Factory Acceptance Test at Yokogawa France.
