  Knowledge, skills and competence: Screening of a VHH library by phage display. Isolation and purification of VHH which were grouped in 3 families. Subcloning and expression of VHH. Full characterization relied on ELISA, western blot, flow cytometry and Surface Plasmon Resonance.
