     Supporting the New York, Hong Kong, Singapour, London and Sydney Sales and Trading desks
     Checking, validation and reconciliation of sales and trading deals from booking to settlement (expiration of deals)
     Ensuring good relations with customers : chasing of outstanding confirmations and payments, answering their requests as well as being the guarantor of the bank’s image
     Interface between Back, Middle and Front Offices as well as customers, Legal dept or treasury dept.
     Assisting the Sales on their daily tasks or in case of specific events on the trades ( i.e novations)
     Ensuring of the Legal part of the job : Novation, drafting confirmation in cooperation with legal dept., updating of standard and non standard confirmation templates, working on specific wordings…
     Investigating on pending settlements with the collaboration of the treasury department
     Preparing open positions and Mark-to-Market reports for auditors and clients
     Filling and follow up the daily internal control reports as well as suggesting remedial actions
     Updating and improving processes and being part of the constant improvement of the activity
