-Organisation of make up updates for Maybelline and L’Oreal Paris launches (1600 units) 2/3 times a year
-Conception of the new colour version strips for make up units with the international merchandising team
-Development of the new valorisation for Maybelline and L’Oreal Paris (wall units and open sell systems)
COLORATION
-Development of a new tray system compatible with L’Oreal Paris, Garnier and Schwarzkopf
-Category management : successful test of implementation by colours and elements of communication
-Implementation of swatches and trays for 700 point of sales
SKIN CARE
-Search and adaptation of new strips for branding - complexity of configuration in stores
-Installation of the new corporate strips in the flagship L’Oreal Paris
-Test of the new Dermo wall unit for L’Oreal Paris
CORPORATE
-In charge of the L’Oreal Paris flagships/stands implementation - from the creation to the installation (6 stands in 2006)
-Creation of a new Flagship/corner for Maybelline
