After a three year Hospitality and Marketing program at ESG Management School in Paris, i am currently working as Reservation agent at The Peninsula Paris, the latest entrant in the luxury hotel market in Paris.
I have joined the Peninsula team as Concierge assistant on October 2014, where i spent my last year of Bachelor degree as part of an apprenticeship program. The Concierge experience has been an important way for me to understand the luxury clients' needs and their expectations. Therefore, i've decided to integrate the Peninsula as Reservation agent, in order for me to learn how to sell the Peninsula product to our client target. After One year and 3 months as a reservation agent i had the opportunity to join the front desk team and begin my career on the Front desk.
I like the relationship with the clients. I am a motivated, dynamic and hard-working person. I have commercial and communication service skills and good knowledge of tourism world. I am a native Italian and I am a fluent speaker of French and English and I have already worked in hotels and in an international transport company.
Furthermore, I am a self-starter and I like working in a team. As my academic profile and my experience in France show, I thrive on challenge, which reveals my flexibility and ability to adapt myself.
