    2015 - maintenant Overlook worldwide SITA network backbone evolution, in order to reduce costs by changing technology, still guaranteeing quality and availability on SITA services to customers in more than 200 countries in the world. POP refresh is done using modern Cisco routers. International circuit are refreshed looking for best alternatives in terms of technology and price.
    Objective: cost reduction of minimum 2.5M USD.
  • Vaelsys International - Solution Manager – Europe (Video Analytics Solutions)

    Valbonne - Sophia Antipolis 2013 - 2015 Engage in the creation and execution of a marketing plan to develop ongoing business and increase sales. Focus on the growth of the European market, providing existing solutions to 10+ technology providers, integrators, and distributors.
    • Led the technical integration of current products with third-party products.
    • Developed go-to-market and architecture for SaaS version of the Vaelsys solution, leveraging modern cloud technology.

    Paris 2012 - 2013 Solution Architect in the Accenture Cisco Business Group (ACBG), proposing Network Transformation services to strategic accounts in Europe, Middle East, Africa using Cisco architectures. Delivered a business and technology study for a large global insurance company on their WAN transformation.

    Issy les Moulineaux 2008 - 2012 Public Sector Vertical (PSV) Solution Architect taking care of the Healthcare Vertical in Europe, Middle-East, Africa, Russia theater since August 2011. Previously Covering Emerging Markets (EM: Latin America, Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe).
    Responsibilities: Engage with Strategic and Key Accounts at CXO level and related account teams to foster a strategic approach to technology, helping both create the right technology vision, linking business requirements to technology features. Create Architectural Proposal taking into account customer requirements, to be translated into Cisco solutions and infrastructure.
    Drive Healthcare internal sales Community, bringing the right message about Cisco’s vision, architectures, solutions and technology implementation. Help the community collaborate over available PSV resources (Business & Technology support, specific Solutions, Design guides, Partner references, Competitive advantage, Services support, Best Practices, technical sessions …). Drive Healthcare Partner enablement through direct and virtual sessions on Health framework and main solutions.

    Main sales achievements: huge Telepresence deal for 276 stations at IMSS, the Mexican Social Security organization.
    Cisco Medical Grade network architecture accepted as the basis for all provincial hospitals at Dep. Of Health for the Western Cape and the Gauteng provinces in South Africa.
    In 2008-2009 I lead a team of five on a study of how to tackle the SaaS/Cloud opportunity within Cisco. The team produced various results collaborating with Cisco senior management of different BUs. Developed a TelePresence MarketPlace for services offering and purchasing over public Internet and TelePresence and other Videoconferencing solutions.
  • Cisco Systems - IBSG Architect

    Issy les Moulineaux 2005 - 2008 Played the role of IT architect on Country Transformation (helping major countries boost their economic development by using technology adoption strategy) initiatives with the Strategic Consultancy arm (IBSG) of Cisco Public Sector Team in Emerging Markets (EM). Lead Architecture work for main engagements (Kenya Digital Villages, South Africa Blue IQ).
    Took responsibility on an Interactive tool to collect and reuse all Though Leadership collateral produced by IBSG in EM.
  • Cisco Systems - Consulting Engineer

    Issy les Moulineaux 2001 - 2005 2003-2005: Technical Consultant in Public Sector EMEA. Helped the sales team raise partnership and intimacy with selected clients, by driving the planning and design phases for network architecture, aligning technology to business. Responsible for bringing a specific program to the field (E-business Compliant Network, customer-facing program delivering the business benefits of Cisco technology to CXOs of large organizations).

    2001 – 2003: ECN responsible for Cisco Enterprise Europe. Many projects delivered primarily in banking and manufacturing (Credem, Banca Lombarda, Solvay, Alstom, Pirelli, Iveco). Achieved CCDP certification.
  • Accenture - IT Consultant

    Paris 1998 - 2001 Projects:
    Andersen Consulting European Service Centre: Responsible for the delivery of the Development Architecture of a Service Centre (Accounts Payable, Time&Expenses, Close to Report, Payroll, Procurement, Cash Mgt, and IT Support) serving the entire EMEAI area of Andersen Consulting.
    Emerging Internet content provider: responsible for requirements gathering phase and design of the data architecture of the first Internet Sports Portal in Europe. This would host a network of sports related sites, and offer centralized development, management and operational support for services such as dynamic content delivery, personalization, email, chat, games, audio/video streaming, contextual advertisement delivery, and many other applications.
    Large European Retailer: The project aimed to provide the client with a commerce application integrating all stores with the central products repository. I worked on the Instrumentation Team (in charge of the interfaces between Application and Operation Architecture), with responsibility to load and maintain the database.
    Large European Telco: The project aim was to develop and launch an interactive telephone system based on voice recognition technology (Philips Speech Processing), providing customers with a large number of news services. Responsible for system improvements, to check user requirements adherence, and to create an overview of all services.
    Emergent European Telco: project aim was to plan, design and develop an end-to-end Client/Server CRM system, including the collection of traffic data from the network (Mediation), the billing (Geneva) and finance systems (SAP), and the customer care system (Siebel). I was responsible for the design and implementation of the operations architecture, using Tivoli Maestro.
    Emergent European Telco: customization of a Siebel-based Client/Server CRM system on Sun Solaris and Oracle, including the integration of customer data from the customer care system to the billing system. Responsible for the design and implementation of the complete technical architecture.
