As a Global Mobility Coordinator at EMDOC, she was able to create a high standard team, helping each member to develop their abilities, improve their careers and also work together to prevent and/or overcome any issue might happen to the costumer, providing them the best possible service.

There, it was also Stela's responsibility to create a trustful relationship with the client's key person and develop their needs and desires to EMDOC's services.

Before working with Global Mobility, Stela worked on an hotel where her main activities were:
- Conducting surveys, analysis, conclusions and preparation of internal paper work;
- Manage interviews and interface with customers;
- Internal control and rules management procedures;
- Conduct training and general management;
- Communication campaigns: targeting and reaching the hotel's main market.
- Creation and placement of ad campaigns.

In the begin of her career path, Stela act as an English teacher where her main activities were:
- Teach daily classes;
- Apply and correct tests and exercises;
- Teaching in extra classes for student with difficulties in learning;
- Promote and conduct conversation classes;

This background made Stela a quality focused, diplomatic and upright professional who's always seeking for new challenges.
