    • Issue and release “Permit to fly”, “Aircraft Statement of Conformity” (FORM 52) and “Certificate of Release into Service” (Form 53) under privilege granted by the EASA.
    • Approve Airworthiness Directives Compliance List and Aircraft Inspection Report.
    • Authorize transfer of aircraft from POA to DOA and vice versa.

    * Aircraft Conformity Manager:
    • Oversee and co-ordinate all activities required to demonstrate the aircraft conformity, and "safe for operation" status.
    • Analyses aircraft technical status and determines aircraft conformity at Fal Op Test, first engine run up, first flight and during delivery phase up to “Aircraft Statement of Conformity” (Form 52) issuance.
    • Determines Aircraft Airworthiness status at delivery through ADCL tool.
    • Audits and accepts Technical Log book contents jointly with EVR (Flight test department).
    • Pronounces the Technical Acceptance Completion (TAC) jointly with EVR.
    • Establishes Internal Statement of Conformity & issue FORM 52 to obtain Certificate of Airworthiness (CofA).
    • Assesses all open items at time of Production Aircraft Clearance Certificate (PACC) issuance and decide upon the requirement for a design office statement, covering Airworthiness and Flight Safety.
    • Audits and sign Aircraft Inspection Report (AIR).
    • Ensure support for corrective actions, customer documentation request to demonstrate aircraft conformity to customer.
    • Supports Airlines and Airbus field representatives in Aircraft conformity and airworthiness issues.

    * Other business:
    • Responsible for analysing all new AD (Airworthiness Directives) and AOT (All Operators Telex) and ensure that AD & AOT binders are up to date.
    • Participate to ECDB meetings to cascade customer queries and follow action plan.
  • Airbus France - Change Leader

    2005 - 2008 Change Leader & TD Focal point - A380 Program - ACMT Systems
    * Lead changes (customer RFC or std MOD) from evaluation up to and including implementation phase:
    • In charge of the Full Change Process respect during the instruction and implementation for any CR (Change Request) or customer RFC (Request For Change) relevant to Systems ATA 24/46 on A380.
    • Management of modification proposal dossiers including TRS, ERS, CRS, TD and Executive summary in line with configuration management (ACMR) rules.
    • Lead during Evaluation and Investigation phase, all impacted actors and repercussions to produce to time and quality the Technical, Industrial, Cost and Support repercussions.
    • Ensure appropriate management rules are clearly identified and applied for each change - resulting in successful and smooth certification process.
    • Manage technical issues and collaborate with Technical Leader to ensure decisions are taken to meet aircraft milestones and industrial/supply chain requirements.

    * TD focal point:
    • I developed, produced and present to the ACMT management the weekly KPI & management report for TDs leading to a well focused management of the activity.
