· Co-lead a transatlantic team of 8 people on a 6 sigma project: defined a common process to help sharing best practices between the two companies: coordinated the activities between France and the USA, met and proposed new solutions to Raytheon’s top management.

· Took responsibilities on real time HMI software for a deployable Command and Control system,
· Assumed the responsibility of 5 different softwares, using earned value planning.
· Worked with the customer representatives and presented the technical solution in coordination with engineering and program management.
· Wrote HMI software requirement specifications.· Conducted design and development activities of my team for 20 months, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
· Communicated with 16 other teams involved in the project to design and validate effectively softwares interfaces, while using a new middleware framework.
· Acted thoroughly and with flexibility to overcome technical problems and proposed solutions to the other teams.
· When the first version was presented, the customer congratulated us for the maturity of the system.
