Main missions:
- Maintain and ensure that all the services are delivered, by all the regional/local service teams, in an homogenous way and match the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Detect potential client needs that could be answered by IMS Health Service teams and define with Operations team the workload and how to sell these services (writing of proposal)
- Monitor with all regional service teams the unplanned actions in order to develop the value of these services
- Organize regular Global/Regional Service Reviews with client. Attend the Service Review and follow action plan
- Review monthly all client SLA reports (>100), detect any discrepancy or bad figures and enquire with local/regional team to discover root cause and set-up remediation plan
- Act as global contact for internal department (IT, SDD, AE, etc…) when discussing client operations or escalations
- Coordinate with Global Customer Success Director a CRM Services global improvement plan based on an agreement with client on major topics to improve globally and monitor KPI and follow action plan

- Manage & grow an account portfolio of approximately 4M€ new business in 2014: manage client relationships, identify new opportunities, supervise implementation of new projects, coordinate between affiliates/technical teams/support teams
- Generate new business regionally and globally: define strategy, identify key stakeholders, mobilize internal resources, respond to RFPs (build offer, set pricing, client presentations, product demos, contract preparation & negotiation)
- Coordinate international projects & opportunities : define, implement & communicate account strategy, coordinate with affiliates to achieve objectives & track progress, ensure harmonized approach concerning pricing & implementation
- Support affiliates on current global agreements (more than 10M€): local contracts and opportunities, pricing, strategy
- Average size of CRM implementation project: from 20K€ to 350K€
