    2012 - maintenant I have 2 mains fonctions:
    I am in charge of answering to local and international public bidding for fare collection and fleet management project for public transport.
    In another hand, I am responsable of the good implementation of the current projects according to the planning and the budget and to support in a technical way the Mexican office.
  • ACS Xerox - Project Manager

    2011 - 2012 In charge of all fare collection and fleet administration for public transport projects in Mexico (operation in Leon, Torreon, Mexico city: maintenance for Metrobús line 1, start-up of Metrobús line 4, implementation of Metro line 12 & city card for public transport), I was managing 2 project managers, 1 buyer, 1 maintenance supervisor & 20 technicians for maintenance & project support. The job had a commercial aspect too (answering to city requirement with the most adequate proposal and convinced the customer, calculation of costs and elaboration of budgets) so as a project management one (planning follow-up, resource management, agreements with the customers, cost control…)
  • Alltub - Directeur technique

    2009 - 2010 I was in charge of the reorganization of the maintenance & tooling department so as the implementation of lines improvements (management of 60 persons, start up of preventive maintenance, lines rebuilding plan according to breakdown historical, failure analysis, spare part warehouse, creation of technical files for machines and tooling, visual management and validation of tooling stock for immediate replacement, work instruction, leadership of project to improve lines productivities & cost reduction).
  • Valeo - Engineering Manager

    Paris 1997 - 2009 In 2009, I was in charge of the start-up of the new plant of Valeo Transmision in San Luis Potosi- Mexico(building & energy supply and machine installation) and of the maintenance team & strategy construction in the new plant.
    This plant planned to be between the 3 biggest Valeo plant in the world with sales higher than 300 M.US$ and more than 1,000 employees in 2012.

    From 1997 to 2008, I worked in Valeo Friction Materials in Queretaro -Mexico.
    At the end I was Manager of Process &Product Engineering (methods, R&D, tooling and maintenance)
    - Responsible of new product launches
    - Industrialization of new process
    - Start up of an energy saving plan (30% of consumption reduction)
    - Administration of investments (tooling & machine rebuilding, new equipment start up, material flow improvement…).
    - Administration of work instruction & industrial trials.
    - Responsible of the purchasing & improvement of the tooling (moulds & drilling head & machining).
    - Systematical use of quality tools (QRQC, 5 why, FMEA, PDCA,…)
    - International atmosphere: contact with France, India, Brazil & Spain.
    - Tooling Purchase and administration
    - Administration of maintenance & budget
    - Implementation of a software for maintenance in Access
    - Improvement of the reliability of the machinery
    - Improvement of the security of the employees
    - Reduction of maintenance costs and administration of the budget.
