    * Work in partnership with Managers of all represented businesses for Recruitment, performance management, personnel development, succession plans, retention of talents, retirement and early-retirement, Compensation & Benefits issues, staff reductions, with particular focus in reorganizations, representing and seconding the businesses for staff council consultations, managing relations with staff representatives and unions within the businesses I was in charge of.

    Paris 2001 - 2002 Salary surveys with Hay, Hewitt. Internal equity surveys. Studies on Benefits policy changes within France (company car, allowances)
    Preparation of annual salary negociations.
    From 2001 to 2003, focal point France for Stock Options.
    In 2001, created a centralised data dase for follow up of IPR and centralised and unified implementation of Merit Review. First time centralisation was done for the group of companies in France. This system is still in place.
  • Meta4, Spain - Compensation & Benefits manager

    1999 - 2001 Meta4 is an HR Management System developer ; 1000 employees in Spain, the USA, France, Germany, Mexico, Argentina.
    Stock Options plan manager for the group (checker of rules, awarding, distributing, coordinating and exercising Stock Options for the group) ;
    Consultant for the settling of the Remuneration Plan, together with the VP Support Functions.
    Headcount and reports provider for the group ;
    Supervision of salary and merit reviews at group level ;
    Salary surveys with Towers Perrin, analysis of Meta4’s remuneration situation compared to the market ;
    Workforce and salary studies, budget simulations.
    Actively participated to the restructuring of the personnel organization ; interface for administrative and technical changes.
    Software tester for new developments, due to my knowledge of the HR software and of technical implications of changes.
