    2004 - 2006 Verification of the 3.1 material certificates of all the supplied forgings: chemical analysis, physical caracteristics, hardness and heat treatment datas control in conformity with the Material Specification applicable to the raw materials.

    Verification of the Non Destructive Test: Magnetic, Penetrant or Ultrasonic test in accordance with PSL level or Quality Plan if any.

    Verification of the pressure test with the pressure containing products (mainly Gate Valves and BOPs): control of the time and pressure applied to the product in conformity wih the API 6A.

    Follow-up of production process from forging receipt, machining, welding, assembling and testing of the product in order to prepare and compile the traceability documentation package of the order/project when ready to be shipped.

    Coordination of the Third party inspection. With respect of the production schedule, notification of the inspection in conformity with the contact review, the Quality Plan or the pre-inspection meeting if any (documentation, pressure test, Factory acceptance test or shipping inspection).
