• Oversee the implementation and usage of the Bug Tracking System as per the project customization
• Ensure the proper process and resolution of Quality audits and compliance
• Research, review, and assist with purchasing decisions related to the automated test tools
• Formalize and oversee a User Acceptance/Beta programs with more QA involvement (hand-selected clients, proactive conversations, etc.)
• Generate bug reports for the Sr. Manager, QA and develop standards that must be met before each release
• Submit timely reports on progress of test activities and risks and mitigations and seek timely inputs or logistics required to execute test project
