Graduated from a French Aeronautic Engineering school with a Master's Degree, I have been working as a project manager in embedded equipment and systems fields for aircrafts and ships industry.
Experienced in business dealings with industrial partners and government agencies, I have developed a proven appetency for interactions and negotiations in several international contexts.
Well organized, self-motivated, and open-minded, I take a real interest in making vision.
A firm believer that value creation arises as the result of mixing experiences and point of views, I develop my approach to moving on to new, creative and agile industrial and economic areas, unwaveringly international and developing a high aptitude for challenge.

  • Naval Group - Project Manager

    Paris 2015 - maintenant Within a project management team in charge naval projects for domestic market or export, I am in charge of the supply of the embedded mission system.
    My mission is focussed on the Client and main industrial partners business dealings, and the management of the in-house project managers for what concern the mission system and equipment.
  • Thales - Bid Manager - Airborne systems

    Courbevoie 2010 - 2011 Within a bid team in charge of the development and supply of an aircraft for export :
    - I led the negotiations with the main sub-contractors
    - I handled the quotation and risk/opportunity booklet of complex airborne system
    - I Coordinated the engineering team in order to meet the Customer requests
  • Naval Group - Project Manager

    Paris 2007 - 2010 In the frame of a France-Italy partnership :
    - I coordinated the developments and supplies of the embedded mission system and some of equipment ,
    - I handled business dealings with the client and industrial partners.

    All the financial targets as the annual turnover, cash, and gross margin were met through amendments and efficient risk mitigation actions.
    In term of management, I led a team composed of two deputies, two assistants, and twelve technical project managers.
  • Thales - Deputy Project Manager

    Courbevoie 2004 - 2007 In the frame of a France-Italy partnership, I managed the software development and the Integrated Logistic Support activities of a part of a naval embedded system.
    For this highly constrained project, because of tangled up interfaces with the other industrial partners, I met all the contractual milestones committed by my company.
  • Thales - Project Manager- Airborne systems

    Courbevoie 2001 - 2004 For several aircraft projects :
    - I coordinated the developments of airborne tactical computer,
    - I handled business dealings with the client.
    I managed a business portfolio :
    - Participation to the bid phases,
    - Met all contractual milestones, annual turnover target (9M€) and gross margin,
    - Organized the projects baselines – successfully selected for a CMMI 3 audit.

    In term of management, I led and coordinated a programme team of 20 people.
  • DGA - French Defence Procurement Agency / Saclay Aeronautical engines Tests Centre - Business Manager - Aeronautical engines

    1999 - 2001 I led the « Missiles, UAVs and Civilian engines » business
    - Managed a business portfolio,
    - Handled the contractual negotiations with a British engine manufacturer,
    - Was the customer point of contact for a European framework programme about new civilian engines (five European partners).

    1996 - 1999 Set up the fluid dynamic expertise office
