Main responsibilities:
- People Management:
For 5 years, I managed a team of 5 to 7 HR Officers/Advisor.
- Personal Administration:
Manage all administrative obligations for 900 collaborators.
Support for initiatives relating to the engagement or departure of employees, social standard documents : Mensura, Axa, Allianz, DKV, RSI, Dimona, vacation certificate, E101, OSSOM, declaration of industrial accident, ...
Inform employees about the process to follow in case of parental leaves, reduced working hours, sickness, education leaves, etc...
Application of the RSI (special tax regime for foreign employees), management of the file RSI in coordination with our Fiscal Office.
Management of VIE (Volunteer for International Company), Work Permit, Independent, ...
- Payroll:
Salary processing : ensure correct and timely payment of salaries of more than 700 employees.
Collecting payroll items, preparation processing, encoding benefits, wage data verification and finalization.
Using Level 5 software from Partena, Syges, Together and ASA software.
Control and monitoring of absences (paid leaves, unpaid leaves, illness, accident, parental leaves).
Sodexo Card management, order each month of meal vouchers and ecopass.
- Billing:
Preparation of bills for services provided to our consultants.
Management of problem of billing with the client.
Problem solve.
- Legal
Managing legal issues in the Labour Act and Joint Committee 200.
Answer questions about the legislation, work contract and work rules.
