    Missions:
    - 2011-2013: iMADE (integrated MAnagement of Deliverables of Engineering) project on A350 and A380 programmes:
    o Process, method and tool deployment, support and implementation.
    o Monitoring new PMTs for improvement.
    o Business Operational Support activities.

    - 2013-2014:
    o Outstanding work management & Delta Classification improvements: Interface management, pro-active support, process improvement.
    o ARP (Airbus ressource planning) - Aircraft configuration business work package leader representative: Coordination, scheduling / planning/quality follow up, process improvement, scope / priorities definition, budget allocation.

    - 2015:
    o Conformity and Attestation workstream leader for EZCD - 13 consultants: team and deliverables/roadmap management.
    o CAST project (Conformity and Attetstation Single Toolset): Implementation/ deployment of SAP based Conformity & Attestation tools across all Single Aisle, NEO and Long Range sites. The objective is to put in place a common processes, tools and way of working across all Airbus Plants and suppliers allowing a better interchangeability between the programs.

  • TESTIA - Signal/Image processing engineer - internship

    2011 - 2011 Thermographic Signal/Image processing, Aeronautic Non Destructive Testing - Infrared thermographic system development and optimization:
    - Development and optimization of a Non Destructive Testing system using infrared thermography.
    - Spatial/temporal enhancement of thermographic images for detecting defects or damages in all thicknesses of materials.
