Je suis spécialisée dans le recrutement des professionnels dans le domaine d’études cliniques à travers l’Europe. J'aime être part d'une société multiculturelle et avoir l'opportunité d'utiliser plusieurs langues. Pour moi, le plus grand plaisir et de pouvoir comprendre les différences culturelle, personnelles et professionnelles dans plusieurs domaines, écouter les demandes d’un client, comprendre les besoin et la culture d’un business et d’identifier les profiles qui s’y alignent.
De plus, c’est encore mieux de pouvoir trouver une nouvelle opportunité pour ceux qui se trouvent à la recherche d’un nouvel emploi. C’est toujours tellement intéressant de parler avec eux qui ont une vraie passion pour ce qu’ils font. Leurs passions et les résultats de leurs travaille changent vies. I am a multilingual consultant specialising in the pharmaceutical and clinical research arena; I work with all sized CRO's, pharmaceutical companies, as well as medical device companies all across Europe.
I enjoy my role and I take great pleasure in finding the best and most competitive and personable way of servicing both clients and candidates alike. I work hard to make myself available at most times as I am used to working with candidates and clients all across Europe and the US and so I appreciate the time difference, as well as the difficulty of speaking during normal working hours.
As a multilingual consultant, I have the advantage of being able to recruit in different countries all over Europe and speak to many candidates and clients in their own language. As sometimes it's quite hard to get certain ideas and opinions across when English is not your first language, I can get a more thorough idea of one's needs.
I enjoy recruitment and all parts of it, particularly its diversity and constantly changing nature.
