Within Parts Life Cycle & Purchasing organization, in strong collaboration with the technico-industrial development sector (Product Development, Engineering), I lead a team (50 people) who has to insure the availability of the right parts to support vehicles launches and business needs, generating profitability, and optimizing the impact on the stock.
In connection with Sales & Marketing organization, we need to obtain that all business needs are taken into account in product development (OE / Reman and 2nd lines…), and in all supply chain management fields.
The team, with a strong technical-background, has been structured to be closer from our customers and become more business oriented.
Perimeter cover the vans, trucks, buses & Special vehicles (Defense / Firefighting...) owned by CNH Industrial sold under the brands Iveco, Iveco Bus and Astra.

Within P&S organization, Consolidation of Parts Life Cycle, Supplier’s Projects & Coordination & Engineering team. Management of 12 team members.
In close collaboration with Purchasing team, build a stronger, strategic, relationship with suppliers, provide the right tools to support activity and ensure follow-up of key projects involving both CNHi organization and the suppliers.
Ensure the consistency of purchasing actions with the Markets Sales team and Central P&S Marketing needs for OE spare parts, Complementary ranges.
Project management mode to define Perimeter, benefits for a Total Acquisition Cost tool.
In collaboration with Parts activation & Cataloging and Material Management teams, elaboration of life cycle models by product lines, by business opportunities taking also into account KA specificities and Market demands.
Contribute to stock optimization objective and obsolescence reduction and insure Phase Out of Spare Parts according business opportunities / profitability.
Support Resourcing activities and solve service issues by providing technical alternatives and validation, including new approaches likes additive manufacturing i.e.
Lead a technical task force to reduce Obsolescence & Overstock level
