  Blagnac 2012 - maintenant Focal point of the NH90 mission in Oman (≈ 40 persons) for administration, HR management and logistics. Responsibilities included:
  
  - Subcontractors’ management (contracts & bookings): hotel, housing, airline, rental car, etc.
  - To fully assist newcomers arrival, and staff departure. Realisation of a newcomer handbook.
  - Employees’ resident visa / ID / driving licence applications, renewals and cancellations.
  - To be the embassies contact for any communication / procedures.
  - Follow up of holidays, sick leaves, work clothes, medical check-ups (hospital selection) etc.
  - To find English courses focused on employees’ needs.
  - Follow up of the on job maintenance training records: who teaches which student for which task.
  - Etc.

• Airbus Helicopters - Mechanical designer

  Blagnac 2011 - 2012 Role responsible for the development of a cabin / cockpit separation to enable NVG flights (light sealing). Responsibilities included:
  
  - Project management: progress tracking, meeting & presentations, technical reports.
  - Subcontractors follow up & supplier support.
  - Statement of work: technical requirements & functional analysis required by the CS29 standards.
  - Proposition of new concepts answering customer issues.
  - Test plan definition and realisation, validating critical points in the design. Test report.
  - Systems design as a function of: light sealing, interfaces, life-time, weight, corrosion and manufacturing process.
  - Parts & assembly drafting, realisation of specification for suppliers.

• Hélicoptères Guimbal - Purchaser

  2010 - 2011 Role responsible for purchasing / supplying the helicopter components. Responsibilities included:
  
  - Quotation requests, orders. Technical audits of suppliers.
  - Management of the supply chain, as a function of production rate.
  
  - Production support for suppliers encountering technical problems manufacturing components.
  - Writing of Production process sheet highlighting component critical areas.
  - Writing of quality controls sheet to verify and validate components & equipments quality upon delivery, with subsequent realisation of these control methods.
  
  - Research of new suppliers in France and abroad.
  - Research into equivalent components and technical specification writing.
  

• Hélicoptères Guimbal - Mechanical designer

  2009 - 2010 Role responsible for mechanical improvements on all the helicopter, related to the recent launch in manufacturing. Responsibilities included:
  
  - To ensure the improvement of the drawing file for the following elements: main & tail gearboxes / rotors, transmission, flight controls, hydraulics, clutch system, fuel system, landing skid.
  - Design, integration, and specification of parts & assemblies as a function of: aeronautical standards, weight, life-time, quality / cost ratio, corrosion resistance, manufacturing.
  - Enhancement of 3D management: implementation of working rules for Catia V5.
  - To work with suppliers on specifications, to modify market components for dedicated applications.
