Sales & Trade Marketing Management:
Market development: sales, market share, asset management, and profitability goals.
Maximizing retailer’s sales by monitoring account performance and leading action plans
Stock monitoring (sell-in/sell-out per POS) by drawing action plans (incentives and promotions).
Replenishment optimization with Distributors/retailers/department stores
Logistics management: Route to market, deliveries or payment collection
Market visits / Performing quarterly formal meetings with key retailers.
Develops plans for Training, Merchandising, PR, product selection, pricing and promotional plans:
Improve and increase brand presence/Share of space, personalised furniture and product mix / assortment
Works with Marketing, Creative, Visual Merchandising, Packaging teams to develop products and exclusive concepts (Harrods or Selfridge’s special editions or Pop up)
Competitive activities monitoring trends in markets or channels
Ensuring appropriate staffing and establish performance management.
Key accounts: Harrods, Selfridges, Le Printemps, Harvey Nichols, Gallerie Lafayette, Kadewe, Beymen
Trade shows: Duty Free Trade shows (Cannes) / Esxence (Milano)
