• VALFOND - PLANT CONTROLLER

  2002 - 2003 Responsible for controlling and accounting payables (2 people managed)
  
  - Improvement of financial reporting processes : speed up of closing time, implementation of new financial KPIs improving financial profitability per product line
  - Set up new internal control policies leading to a savings of 20% of overhead expenses
  - Account Payable Manager -> supervise and monitor suppliers payments, cash forecasts, ...
  - Downsizing : provide support to executive management to implement a social plan that lead to 50% headcount lay off (building non recurring costs plan, negociations with union labor, ...)

• CONDAT - CORPORATE AND SALES CONTROLLER

  1- Corporate controller for 6 european subsidiaries: monthly consolidation of Balance Sheet and Income statement
  
  2- Plant controller:
  -> set up a new analytical accounting (on SAP) to calculate 6 workshops profitabilty (from cost center to profit center approach)
  
  3- Sales controller:
  - monthly reporting by business unit : variance analysis on gross margin, expenses and overall operating margin
  - Finance leader for a reengineering of 6 sales depts (50 people concerned), building a new marketing segmentation (from product family to customer product application)
  - Succesfull launc of a new brand in Retail Distribution: build the business plan and set up some P&L by distribution channel
  4- Implementation of SAP : key user for controlling (CO module)
  Main achievment: implementation of SAP in 3 companies in 2 years
