Solution leader Customer Relationship Management tool.
• Will take the complete responsibility to secure the end user, business and IT requirements and support the full utilization of solutions.
• Prioritize decided changes in the solution like error corrections and change requests
• Secure and Approve communication and anchoring of solution improvements
• Manage the Process & Solution Key User network in collaboration with the BPD
• Secure solution competence for functional application support
• Main point of contact for business requirement, roll out needs etc.
• Propose needed service level targets (SLA)
• Give input to the yearly Solution delivery plan within the budget frame
• Secure that the Solution delivery plan is aligned with the level of business criticality for the solution
• Ensure that the solution lifecycle is properly executed
• Secure continuity management for the solution
• Define authorization rules for application access and manage application access
• Define and decide which business functionality, or information integrity tests to be part of a user acceptance test
• Communicate EN estimates to the BSPM, Process Manager or equivalent
• Ensure execution of decided requirement requests for the solution
• When applicable participate in new development
• Sets the requirements for and approves hand over from projects to maintenance.
• Propose the release plan for the solution including new development inline with business priorities
• Propose prioritization of changes in the solution like error corrections and change requests
• Make sure that training needs are identified and training plan is secured for the solution including complete training material
