Debt Collection in Europe (Except France): Building up of a new sourcing category by bringing together the group expert in order to optimise the debt collection outsourced activity within the Group.
Setting up of workshops in order to define the services required, SLAs and KPIs as well as remuneration schemes.
The first wave of RFQ involved 10 countries in Europe.
Guarding : Panel optimisation for SG branch network in France.
Introduction of cash incentives for headquarters contracts to drive the service providers into performing organisational optimisations
Multiservice (Cleaning and light technical maintenance) : Implementation of a combined service of cleaning and tech maintenance for all the Group branches in France (SG and Credit du Nord). More than 15 RFQs were performed and hundreds of answers were submitted within 2 years. This project allowed me to fully automise the sourcing process by providing:
- standardised Specs, RFQs and negotiation supports
- semi automatised analysis through auto scoring of the answers in Ariba - - esourcing platform (60% of the answers automatically scored)
- industrialised e- reversed auctions for final negotiation (up to 8 auctions per day)
Cleaning : evolution of the specs for headquarters cleaning services (over 9000 desks) in order to transform it into a 100% result oriented specs.
Frequences and means are no longer described in the contract. The buildings are segmented per zones and sub zones with gradual criticity in terms of cleaning needs. the wole specs is driven by a common monitoring systems assessing the results achieved and the penalties asociated
Archive management : Setting up of a global frame agreement with one of the world leader in terms of Archive management covering the needs of the entire Group (Except France and Africa)

2005 - 2009BRD is part of Societe Generale Group since 1999 and operates as the 2nd largest Bank in Romania. With a network of more than 900 agencies all over the country and more than 9,000 employees, BRD doubled its size in less than 3 years.
The Sourcing Department as a sole dedicated entity was created in September 2004.
I joined the BRD sourcing team in February 2005 through a Volunteer program (French VIE). The team counts now 9 people devided in 3 domains of sourcing categories.

- Helped to adapt the BRD purchasing structure to the Société Générale Group sourcing Policy.
- Upgraded the negotiation means for the whole BRD Sourcing Department.
