    Saint Ouen 2005 - 2009 Risk Manager for all major tenders in N. Europe (UK & Ireland, Benelux, Scandinavia & Finland, Germany & Austria, Poland & Eastern Europe, Russia & ex-Soviet Republics), representing an annual volume of about 5 bn euros & orders of 1.5 bn euros.
    Giving the bid teams instructions, sharing responsibility for early no-go decisions, giving Top Management the desired visibility to decide approval for tender submittal.
    Took an active part in the due diligence for the acquisition of TMH in Russia, now a major asset for Alstom's strategy.

    1991 - 1996 In the wake of the merger between the then Alsthom & GEC, hired in 1991 to ensure the proper control of the processes & tenders made by the UK, which includes the thorough analysis of the ITT documents and an active support of the tender teams in the preparation of the offers.
    Took part in the due diligence for the acquisition of Konstal in Poland, now a major production unit of Transport Sector.

  • DASSAULT AVIATION - Deputy Director

    Saint-Cloud 1991 - 1991 Responsible for the relations with the Finnish industry for the offset trade agreements in the frame of the competition for the procurement of jet fighters by the Finnish Air Force.

  • Dassault Aviation - Project Manager

    Saint-Cloud 1980 - 1989 Took part in the co-operation with defence electronics firms Thomson-CSF (now Thalès) and Matra (now part of EADS) into the development of the multi-target weapon system proposed to French MoD now operational on the Rafale fighters.
