  • Real Impact Analytics - Head of Internal Projects/PMO

    2016 - maintenant I'm in charge of the internal/cross department projects that support the transformation and growth of the company.
    IT is also under my supervision.
    The first projects executed are:
    - Manage the ERP evolutions
    - Conduct a security audit
    - Improve the internal reporting for all dimensions (financial, commercial and operational)
    - Define the the "proof of concept" sale process
    - Transform the office space

    As the first Head of Internal Projects/PMO, I first started by defining the methods and tools to accomplish the mission.
  • Real Impact Analytics - Head of Operations

    2013 - 2016 Development and management of the Operation Team in charge of deploying our analytical products.
    During 3 years, I have
    - developed and grown the Operation department from a very junior and un-experimented team to a group of IT professionals,
    - supervised more than 30 deployments,
    - set-up the project management and IT delivery methods,
    - built the support team.

    I also contributed to the transformation of Real Impact from a purely custom/consulting company to a software vendor deploying standard solutions.
  • Real Impact Analytics - Analytics Consultant

    2011 - 2013 Early joiner of Real Impact Analytics.
    I have participated to development, deployment and first productization of our analytical solutions mainly in Africa (more than 15 countries visited). The technologies used were essentially Tableau, SQL and an ETL.

    I also contributed to the internal organization of the company by setting up standards in term of project management, delivery and internal processes, knowledge and documentation management. Without forgetting all the great fun activities in the life of a startup: buiding Ikea furniture, creating the early website, recruiting and coaching new collaborators, buying a christmas tree :-) ...
  • Kontisto - Fondateur

    2010 - 2011 Kontisto was a tartup project with the objective to create a web based management software for SME’s (accounting, CRM, …). After analysing the market, it quicly appears that the software for small companies were not adapted, very complex and outdated.

    I have worked on the entire development of the project from the business plan to the development it self of the SaaS application. I had built a beta version before ... I started being involved in an other startup (Real Impact Analytics).
  • Accenture - Consultant SI

    Paris 2005 - 2009 Part of the Telecom practice.
    I have occupied different positions on a large outsourcing contract:
    - Consultant/Team lead: development and maintenance on different applications: call center and EAI (provisioning of ADSL and VOIP line).

    - Functional analyst: solution design, functional and technical documentation, internal and UAT test
    of complex IT processes for a call center and a provisioning system.

    - Presales: customer requirements analysis, workload estimation, planning and offer documentation.

    - Technology used: Webmethods, Oracle SQL, Genesys CTI.
